Focus: Descending Sets get faster as they progress so as to be last one fastest one.

Warm-up:

8 x (Kick 50-yards @ 1:00 + Swim 50-yards @ 1:00)

Main set:

3 x DECENDING (swim 5-minutes + kick 1-minute on back and return to starting wall)

  • Go FARTHER on each of the 3 swims. 
  • Count your lengths and know your distances. 
  • Then the next time go farther, bettering your prior performance. Have a goal.

3 x DECENDING (swim 4-minutes + kick 1-minute on back and return to starting wall)

3 x DECENDING (swim 3-minutes + kick 1-minute on back and return to starting wall)

3 x DECENDING (swim 2-minutes + kick 1-minute on back and return to starting wall)

3 x DECENDING (swim 1-minutes + kick 1-minute on back and return to starting wall)

25-press ups
